We additionally decline registrations from any jurisdiction that is, at the time of application, subject to comprehensive sanctions administered by the United Nations, the European Union, the United Kingdom or the United States, or that appears on the Financial Action Task Force list of high-risk jurisdictions subject to a call for action. This list is reviewed periodically and may change without notice.
Why the United States is excluded
We do not accept participants who are United States residents, citizens or green-card holders, and we do not accept registrations made from United States territory. This is a commercial and compliance decision and applies without exception.
Why Saint Lucia is excluded
As an international business company incorporated under the International Business Companies Act, Cap 12.14, Drift Gain Financial Ltd. does not carry on business with residents of Saint Lucia.
Verification and consequences
Country of residence is confirmed during identity verification under our AML & KYC Policy. Where a participant is found to have provided false or misleading information about residence or nationality, all associated accounts will be closed, any accrued performance share is forfeited, and fees are not refunded. Using a VPN, proxy or any other means to disguise your location is a breach of our Terms & Conditions.
