Most questions about limits, breaches and payouts are already answered on the trading rules and FAQ pages. If you are reporting a suspected platform fault, include your MetaTrader 5 account number, the server time of the event, and the ticket number of the affected order.
We do not operate a telephone support line. We will never ask you for your MetaTrader master password, for payment to a personal account, or for funds to “unlock” a payout. Any message making such a request is not from us — report it to support@driftgain.com.
